Printing tips: In the "Printer" frame, un-check "Reverse Pages" , "Print
as Image" , and "Print to File". In the "Copies and Adjustments"
frame, check "Auto-rotate and center pages" and un-check "Shrink
oversize pages to paper size" and "Expand small pages to paper size".
You may need to check "Print as Image" to get good results on your
printer. Experiment to determine what gives you the best results.
